Being a family run business working with both my parents and long term partner is what makes my company special, we share the same ethos and beliefs on how we want things done. This aligns us all as a team and gives everyone of us an extra sense of purpose and pride in the job at hand. We are committed and focused on providing our customers with affordable cost-effective solutions whilst delivering the best possible service and experience. Customer Service is something we at LOFT LOGIK pride ourselves on and deeply care about.
I really enjoy all aspects of my job transforming spaces, making a difference to customer’s homes and meeting new people. We rely heavily on personal referrals and word of mouth marketing, but positive online reviews and rankings are vital as, people, quite rightly, do their homework online before trusting you with taking on an important job in their home.
Entrusting any company or individual with anything is a big deal. For us being chosen to be the company, you are trusting to carry out work on your home or property... is a BIG DEAL TO US and a privilege that never wears off.
From when we initially receive confirmation from the customer of a quotation to when the job is complete is where we as a company and individually feel that we always recognise the personal satisfaction in our work, from being honest, approachable and affordable to our professionalism, workmanship and service, we have that feeling of a job well done and this strives us on to keep delivering the best service.
Our standards and workmanship are fundamentals in LOFT LOGIK, and we will not take shortcuts or cut corners to challenge against non-compliant businesses with cheaper quotations. As to provide such low or cheaper prices means that something is not done correctly, to a lesser level or left out which is generally materials, safety and workmanship. Please see more in our services pages in our processes and products information.
Customer Service and Experience are high priority for us.
We take great pride in the quality of the work we produce. We don’t cut corners, we don’t cut costs.
We do exactly what we say we do, when we say we will do it and to the highest level.
We always keep our promises and have respect and integrity in everything we do.
Excellent job done once again by Loft Logik 👌 Excellent service!! I had 100ft of boards, ladders fitted and hatch enlarged. Very happy with work. Area left clean & tidy. I would definitely recommend. Thank you 😁
Brilliant job, turned up on time, very professional and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend 👍
Brilliant job clearing our loft space. Highly recommend for customer service prompt response to messages and level of workmanship.
They did a top notch job. The extra storage space will be a huge asset to me. Couldn’t of been more professional and also a couple of really nice guys. 😊. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
The short answer is No... You would only need planning permission if you were to have a full loft conversion. For a storage space you do not. The only time you would need permission is if you rent the property and you want to have the work done. You would need authorisation from your landlord.
No we don’t fit full loft conversions, we do what we call mini loft conversions. This is classed as a non – habitable room. (Which does not require planning permission) This could be used as a Hobby room/ Office space/ kids play room/ adult cave.
Yes you can. As we use a floor raise system that complies with building regulations, by raising the floor space above the 270mm insulation levels. This is the only way to board a new build property in order to not invalidate the NHBC warranty what the house builder provides.
No, you most definitely don’t, we have the appropriate ladders. Although one thing we never say no to is a hot coffee.
Yes, they will indeed! As we raise the boarding above the 270mm insulation levels this enables the lofts airflow to ‘breathe’ Therefore the insulation will work to its optimal capacity.
No, we would never board straight onto the ceiling joists. This would more than halve the efficiency levels of the insulation and put excessive strain on your ceiling, causing the ceiling to sag and crack.
